ECX-4000 – High-Performance Edge AI Computer for Complex Industrial Applications

The ECX-4000 is based on the Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S Series processor (Arrow Lake) with up to 24 cores, integrating an NPU and Xᵉ LPG graphics architecture, providing AI acceleration and optimal hybrid workload support with up to 36 TOPS performance.

Intel® Edge System Qualification (ESQ) verified, the ECX-4000 is fully compatible with the Intel® AI Edge Software Stack, making it ideal for Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Edge Computing applications.

For maximum performance, the system supports up to 96 GB DDR5 6400 MHz memory (ECC optional). Connectivity includes: 2× 10G SFP+, 8× 2.5G LAN (4× PoE+), 1× GigE LAN, 6× USB 3.2 Gen2, 16 isolated DIO, 4× COM RS-232/422/485, and 2 front-access 2.5” SSD trays with optional M.2 expansion.

The ECX-4000 supports wireless communication via 5G, WiFi 7, BT, 4G/LTE, GPRS/UMTS, redundant DC 9–50 V power, Software Ignition Control, and is compatible with Intel® vPro, TSN, TCC, TPM 2.0. It is also optimized for Edge AI development and deployment with the OpenVINO™ Toolkit.
