The Allied Vision allPIXA evo 32k is a high-resolution monochrome line scan camera designed for industrial inspection applications where the highest levels of precision and speed are required. A 32,768-pixel CMOS multi-line sensor enables the capture of even the finest details. With a line rate of up to 80 kHz, the camera is designed for high-speed production processes. The combination of a high-resolution sensor, integrated image processing, and CoaXPress-12 interface supports reliable image acquisition even in demanding inspection applications.
The innovative sensor concept consists of two 16k lines with a 5 µm pixel size, arranged with a ½-pixel offset and processed in real time. This creates a 32k image that can be used with standard 16k lenses. For system integrators and machine builders, this means that existing standard optics can be used without the need for costly optical upgrades. The integrated image processing reduces the system load and optimizes data flow. Four CoaXPress-12 connections provide high bandwidth and reliability for image data transmission. In addition, the camera supports PoCXP (Power over CoaXPress).
The allPIXA evo 32k is suitable for industrial machine vision and quality inspection, particularly where the detection of the smallest defects is required. Applications include semiconductor inspection, printed circuit board inspection, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection). The high resolution also enables precise detail capture when analyzing battery electrodes and performing high-speed inspection of webs and films, without compromising production speed. This makes the line scan camera ideally suited for demanding inspection tasks in automated production environments.
