VCM-2000 – Compact High-Performance Edge AI Computer for Industrial Applications

The VCM-2000 is an Edge system platform based on Intel® Core™ 12th, 13th, or 14th Gen processors (Bartlett/Raptor/Alder Lake-S) and supports up to 65 W TDP. For specific P-Core applications, the Intel® Core™ 200S Series P-Core variant is also available.

Intel® Edge System Qualification (ESQ) verified, the VCM-2000 ensures full compatibility with the Intel® AI Edge Software Stack, simplifying the integration of AI and machine vision applications. With up to 96 GB DDR5 5600 MHz memory (2 DIMM), it delivers high performance for Edge computing workloads.

The system provides extensive I/O: 2× USB 3.2, 2× USB 2.0, 2× COM RS-232/422/485, 4 independent Intel® GigE LAN ports (3× 2.5 GbE) and 2 external SIM slots for WiFi, 4G, 5G, LTE, GPRS, and UMTS. Expansion is possible via Key E, Key B, and 2 Mini PCIe slots for PCIe, USB, or SIM cards.

Power is supplied via DC 12 V (optional 9–36 V) with Software Ignition Control. The VCM-2000 is designed to operate in extreme environments from -40 °C to 60 °C, making it ideal for robust industrial Edge applications.
