EHL051 – Compact 2.5" Pico-ITX Motherboard with Intel® Atom® Processor for Industrial Embedded Applications

The EHL051 from DFI is a compact industrial 2.5" Pico-ITX motherboard designed for space-constrained embedded systems, industrial automation, IoT gateways, and edge computing applications. The platform is based on Intel® Atom® Elkhart Lake processors, combining low power consumption with reliable industrial performance.

The motherboard supports various Intel® Atom® x6000E processors, including Intel® Atom® x6425E/x6425RE, x6413E/x6416RE, and x6211E/x6214RE, as well as optional Intel® Celeron® J6412/N6210 variants. A single DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMM slot supports up to 32GB memory capacity.

For display applications, the EHL051 provides dual display support through HDMI and LVDS/eDP with up to 4K/2K resolution capability. The compact platform offers flexible expansion options with 1× M.2 E-Key, 1× M.2 B-Key, and 1× SATA interface for storage and communication modules.

Featuring 2× Intel® GbE LAN, 2× COM (RS-232/422/485), 2× USB 3.2 Gen2, and 2× USB 2.0, the EHL051 provides comprehensive connectivity for industrial applications. Its fanless design and extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
