HPT171 – Mini-ITX Industrial Motherboard with AMD Ryzen™ Embedded 8000 Processors

The HPT171 from DFI is a high-performance Mini-ITX industrial motherboard designed for modern edge computing, AI, gaming, automation, and embedded applications. Powered by the latest AMD Ryzen™ Embedded 8000 Series processors, the platform combines strong multi-core computing performance with energy-efficient architecture and integrated RDNA3 graphics.

The motherboard supports up to 96 GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory and enables up to four independent displays through DP++ or alternatively through three DP++ outputs plus one M.2A display module. This makes the system ideal for multi-display visualization, gaming, and 4K applications.

For expansion, the HPT171 provides a PCIe Gen4 x16 slot (x8 signal) along with multiple M.2 interfaces for NVMe, SATA, wireless, SIM, and expansion modules. The board also supports flexible M2A display modules for LVDS, eDP, HDMI, DP, and VGA connectivity.

Industrial connectivity includes 2× 2.5GbE LAN, USB 3.2 Gen2, USB 2.0, COM interfaces, RS232 (ccTalk/TTL), SATA, audio, Digital-I/O, and Gaming-I/O support. With its robust embedded architecture, the HPT171 is ideal for industrial control systems, smart kiosks, edge AI platforms, and modern entertainment systems.
