The KONTEN CP-2408NF is an industrial Layer 3 managed PoE+ Ethernet switch with 24+4+4 ports and 25G uplink, designed for reliable network operation in demanding industrial environments. 24 10GBASE-T Ethernet ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ support, four 1G/10G SFP+ slots, and four 1G/10G/25G SFP28 slots offer system integrators and machine builders a powerful high-speed network solution with Layer 3 routing functionality.

For users, full PoE+ across all 24 10GBASE-T ports means even bandwidth-intensive PoE devices can be powered and connected at high data rates through the network cable — ideal for data-intensive camera systems or industrial access points. The Layer 3 functionality with static routing enables segmentation of larger networks into multiple subnets, significantly simplifying management and security in complex industrial facilities. The four 25-gigabit SFP28 uplinks provide substantial bandwidth headroom for data-intensive backbone connections. Network redundancy through RSTP, MSTP, ERPS, and LACP ensures that in the event of a connection failure, traffic is automatically rerouted to alternative paths — a key advantage for facilities where downtime carries high costs. QoS functions via CoS and DSCP prioritize critical data streams, while IGMP Snooping with up to 1023 groups and PIM-SM enable efficient multicast management for video and data streaming.
