EC500-ADS – Modular Fanless Embedded PC with 14th/13th/12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors

The EC500-ADS from DFI is a fanless modular embedded PC designed for industrial automation, machine vision, robotics, smart manufacturing, and edge computing applications. Powered by 14th, 13th, and 12th Gen Intel® Core™ processors with Intel® H610E, Q670E, or R680E chipsets, it delivers high computing performance, flexible expansion, and rich industrial connectivity.

The system supports Intel® Core™ processors up to 35W TDP in an LGA1700 socket and features two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB of memory. It provides up to three M.2 expansion slots, one 2.5" SATA drive bay, and support for 5G communication modules.

For industrial connectivity, the EC500-ADS offers 2× Gigabit Ethernet, 6 COM ports, 4× USB 3.1, 2× USB 2.0, and triple independent displays via 1× VGA and 2× DisplayPort++. Its fanless metal enclosure, 9~36V DC wide-range power input, and -20°C to 70°C operating temperature make it ideal for reliable 24/7 operation in demanding industrial environments.
