Arbor ARES-1980 Fanless Rugged Controller

Compact sized fanless designed embedded system, powered by Intel’s Apollo Lake Atom processor

The ARES-5310 fanless DIN-Rail embedded system is based on Intel Atom x7-E3950/Celeron N3350 CPU (SoC) and can be equipped with DDR3L SO-DIMM 1866MHz SDRAM with up to 8 GB capacity.

The appliance offers 64 GB eMMC onboard, additional 2.5” HDD/SSD tray and M.2 M-Key (2242, SATA 3.0). In terms of I/O elements and expansion options, the ARES-5310 provides 3 x GbE LAN ports (2 RJ45 ports for PoE IEEE 802.3af connectivity + 1 GbE LAN), 4 x USB 3.0/2.0 Type A ports, 1 x Mini PCIe slot (PCIe x1 + USB 2.0, full size) and 1 x internal nano SIM slot.

With its wide-range operating temperature (-40°C-70°C), the appliance is an ideal solution for deployments in harsh environments.
