OPT Cheetah Series – Telecentric Lenses (Industrial Lenses)

The OPT Cheetah Series telecentric lenses are specially designed for industrial vision and precision metrology. These optics feature a high-resolution, large-aperture design that ensures excellent image quality even in demanding applications.

Compatible with 5-megapixel cameras up to 2/3″ sensor size, the series covers a wide magnification range of approximately 0.3× to 2.0× – ideal for versatile field-of-view and working distance requirements. The telecentric design provides very high telecentricity, meaning objects are reproduced at nearly constant scale regardless of their position in the measurement field – a major advantage for precise dimensional inspection and measurement.

With high contrast and optional integrated coaxial illumination, these lenses are particularly suited for tasks such as surface and edge inspection, precision measurement on production lines, and contour analysis in automated vision systems.

The series includes multiple models with various focal lengths and light intensities (e.g., OPT‑CH03, OPT‑CH05, OPT‑CH08, OPT‑CH10, etc.), allowing flexible adaptation to specific application needs.
