OPT 5MP Series

The OPT 5MP Series consists of high-resolution fixed-focal-length lenses specifically designed for industrial vision systems. They are fully compatible with 5-megapixel industrial cameras using sensors up to 2/3″ format and pixel sizes of ≥ 3.45 µm.

With a high optical resolution of up to approximately 140 lp/mm across the entire field of view, these lenses deliver exceptionally sharp and detailed images. This makes them ideal for precision inspection and measurement tasks. The overall distortion is typically below approximately 0.7%, ensuring low-distortion imaging and supporting accurate image processing and analysis.

The series offers a wide range of focal lengths (e.g. 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 25 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm), allowing flexible adaptation to different fields of view and working distances. These lenses are particularly well suited for applications such as surface and defect inspection, position and feature recognition, barcode and OCR reading, as well as general metrology tasks in automated production lines.
