OPT 151MP Series – Fixed Focal Length Lenses for High-Resolution Industrial Imaging

The OPT 151MP series includes high-resolution fixed focal length lenses specifically designed for large-format sensor cameras with sensor diameters up to Ø 67 mm and pixel sizes of approximately 3.76 µm. These optics offer an impressive resolution of up to 151 megapixels, making them ideal for demanding applications with the highest requirements for detail and image quality.

A key design feature is the Floating Focus construction, which ensures stable optical performance across a wide range of working distances and delivers high image sharpness even at varying object distances. The lenses also feature low distortion – maximum optical distortion across the entire field of view is below approximately 0.7 %, supporting precise measurement and inspection tasks.

The wide-band coating (400–1000 nm) makes the series compatible with visible light and near-infrared spectrum, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial vision applications. Typical use cases include defect detection on large-area objects, precision measurement, position and feature recognition, and quality control in high-end automation environments.
