OPT-CXXX-UV Series – UV Glue Curing Lights (Standard Light Source)

The OPT-CXXX-UV series from OPT includes specialized UV glue curing lights designed for efficient curing of UV-sensitive adhesives in industrial applications. These UV curing lights generate focused and powerful UV radiation, optimized for processes such as camera lens bonding, chip encapsulation, sensor production, or bonding of small parts.

The series offers multiple spot diameters (e.g., 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 15 mm), allowing flexible adaptation to different bonding and curing tasks. By using special lenses, high irradiation intensity is achieved – at a working distance of approximately 10 mm, the light intensity can reach up to about 4700 mW/cm² (measured on the OPT-CPIG1203-04-UV405 model).

The lights are equipped with flexible, durable cables suitable for applications involving movement or robotic integration. Thanks to the high UV power, adhesive joints can be cured quickly and reliably, increasing productivity and process reliability in manufacturing and assembly processes.
