OPT-RIA Series – AOI Lights (Standard Light Source)

The OPT-RIA Series from OPT consists of specialized AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) lights designed for demanding industrial vision applications. These light sources use a dedicated diffuser to provide exceptionally uniform and homogeneous illumination, effectively minimizing visual artifacts. The multi-color (RGB) illumination from different angles clearly highlights three-dimensional structures and height differences on the object surface.

The OPT-RIA series is ideal for AOI inspections that require the detection of the finest details, such as solder joint inspection on printed circuit boards (PCBs), inspection of round objects, or examination of parts with varying heights. By combining switchable color illumination with specialized light diffusion, both color and surface structure can be analyzed with high precision.
