OPT-FLA Series – Direct Backlights (Standard Light Source)

The OPT-FLA Series from OPT consists of high-performance direct backlights and extends the classic OPT-FL backlight solutions with larger dimensions and increased coverage for demanding industrial machine vision applications. They are the preferred choice when large-area, homogeneous backlighting is required and conventional standard backlights reach their limits.

These LED backlights deliver uniform, high-intensity illumination across large surfaces, significantly improving the reliable detection of contours, particles, and defects in automated inspection systems. Typical applications include optical measurement and inspection of 3C components, inspection of electronic parts, detection of contamination on transparent objects, and the positioning of multiple transparent objects simultaneously.
