OPT-RI Series – Ring Lights (Standard Light Source)

The OPT-RI series from OPT represents high-performance ring lighting as part of the standard light source range for industrial vision applications. These LED ring lights deliver extremely bright, uniform, and diffuse illumination with various beam angles, ensuring homogeneous lighting around the object—without strong shadows or hot spots.

Thanks to a specially designed profile with an enlarged heat dissipation surface, effective thermal management is achieved, improving light output stability and extending service life. The ring lights are particularly well suited for inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs), plastic containers, electronic components, as well as OCR applications for integrated circuits and microscope illumination for surface inspection.

The OPT-RI series is highly flexible and can be easily integrated into automated inspection and measurement systems. It provides a noticeable improvement in image quality and increased reliability in defect detection.
