EC180-CS – Fanless AI Embedded System with 8th/9th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors

The EC180-CS from DFI is a fanless AI embedded system designed for edge AI, machine vision, deep learning, intelligent video analytics, and industrial AI applications. Powered by 8th and 9th Gen Intel® Core™ processors with the Intel® H310 or Q370 chipset, the system supports up to 60W MXM GPU modules for AI acceleration.

The system supports Intel® Core™, Pentium®, and Celeron® processors in an LGA1151 socket and features two DDR4-2400/2666 SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB of memory. Storage includes one 2.5" SATA drive bay and one M.2 2242/2280 M-Key slot. Three M.2 expansion slots provide support for 5G, Wi-Fi, and communication modules.

For connectivity, the EC180-CS offers 4× Gigabit Ethernet, 4× USB 3.2 Gen2, 2× RS-232/422/485, 1× DisplayPort++, and up to 4 additional DisplayPort outputs through the MXM GPU module. Its compact aluminum enclosure features a completely fanless design, operates from a 19V DC power input, and supports an operating temperature range of 0°C to 45°C.
