RM646-ERX810 – 4U Rackmount Edge AI Server with Dual Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors

The RM646-ERX810 from DFI is a high-performance 4U rackmount edge AI server designed for AI inference, deep learning, high-performance computing, virtualization, and data center deployments. It supports dual 5th and 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors powered by the Intel® C741 chipset, delivering a scalable platform for demanding AI and HPC workloads.

The system features 16 DDR5 ECC-RDIMM memory slots supporting up to 1 TB of DDR5-5600 memory. For AI acceleration, it provides 3× PCIe Gen5 x16 expansion slots, supporting up to three dual-slot GPUs. Storage includes 5 hot-swappable drive bays, 1× M.2 2280 M-Key for NVMe SSDs, and SATA RAID 0/1/5/10 support.

Connectivity includes 4× Gigabit Ethernet, a dedicated IPMI LAN for out-of-band management, DisplayPort, 4× USB 3.2 Gen1, and RS-232/422/485. The rugged 4U industrial chassis, combined with an optional redundant power supply, makes the RM646-ERX810 an ideal solution for mission-critical edge AI and enterprise server environments.
