High-density computing platform for demanding industrial imaging
The Zebra Supersight is a powerful vision controller and a high-density industrial computing platform for demanding image processing applications. Designed for complex machine vision systems, it combines multiple computing units within a compact 4U chassis, enabling efficient real-time processing of large volumes of data.
The system can accommodate up to four independent computers with integrated Intel® Core™ processors, which can operate either individually or together as a distributed computing system. This makes the Supersight ideal for applications involving a high number of cameras and intensive image processing.
Thanks to its scalable architecture, performance can be flexibly expanded from one to four computing clusters. The 4U chassis also provides space for numerous expansion cards, allowing a wide range of interfaces and acceleration options to be integrated.
A specialized, segmented backplane technology ensures efficient data communication between the computing units and enables optimal distribution of acquisition and processing tasks.
In combination with Zebra Aurora software, users benefit from powerful tools for developing and implementing complex image processing solutions. This makes the Supersight an ideal platform for highly scalable and performance-intensive industrial vision applications.
