EC510-ADS / EC511-ADS – Modular Fanless Embedded PC with 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors

The EC510-ADS / EC511-ADS from DFI is a fanless modular embedded PC designed for industrial automation, robotics, machine vision, smart factories, industrial communication, and edge computing applications. Powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ processors with the Intel® Q670E chipset, it provides a reliable platform with flexible expansion capabilities and rich connectivity.

The system supports Intel® Core™ processors up to 35W TDP in an LGA1700 socket and features two DDR4-2400/2666 SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB of memory. The EC510-ADS and EC511-ADS mainly differ in their expansion options: the EC510-ADS provides a PCI slot, while the EC511-ADS is equipped with a higher-performance PCIe x16 slot.

For flexible system integration, the platform provides three M.2 expansion slots for storage, communication, and 5G modules. It supports triple independent displays through 2× DisplayPort++ and 1× VGA, up to 6 Gigabit Ethernet ports, optional PoE support, multiple COM and USB interfaces, and TPM 2.0 for enhanced security.

With its fanless design, rugged metal and aluminum enclosure, 9~36V DC wide-range power input, and extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, the EC510-ADS / EC511-ADS is ideal for demanding industrial environments and reliable 24/7 operation.
