OPT-MS Series – Zone Lighting Source (Standard Light Source)

The OPT-MS series from OPT includes innovative zone lighting sources designed specifically for flexible and adaptive lighting tasks in industrial machine vision. The unique feature of this series is that the light surface is divided into four independent zones, each of which can be controlled separately. This allows targeted adjustment of illumination for objects of different shapes or varying brightness levels, enabling more precise image capture and analysis.

Zone-based control makes OPT-MS light sources especially suitable for applications where different areas of an object need to be illuminated with different intensities — for example, inspecting large or irregularly shaped parts, highlighting details in different object zones, or multi-stage inspection processes.

The series covers a wide range of ring light types and can be flexibly integrated into existing vision and inspection systems.
