The Zebra Concord PoE frame grabber represents the next generation of Gigabit Ethernet adapters specifically designed for connecting one or more GigE Vision cameras that support Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). These network interface cards (NICs) are available in two or four Gigabit Ethernet port variants, significantly simplifying system configuration. They not only enable the processing of command and streaming protocols but also deliver power over a single standard Cat-5e/6 cable per camera connection. Additionally, an isolated PoE implementation ensures that cameras, circuit boards, and host computers are protected from potential damage caused by electrical faults and stray currents that could affect camera detection.
